Return
Policy
- We at stylehub
offers a 7 days hassle free return and exchange from the date of delivery.
All you need to do is to raise a request via mail. A reverse pickup will
be arranged within 24 hours upon receiving the mail.
- Pick-up will be
attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment.
You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse
Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin
code.
- For COD orders, the
amount will be credited in the stylehub wallet credit only.
- Please return your
product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are
returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not
be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days
for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank
account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR
PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with
COD option will receive the amount equivalent to the product price in
there stylehub wallet and can be used in future purchase.
- Shipping Charges
are Non-Refundable

- Cancellation is
only allowed before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- To maintain strict
hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain
product categories, including but not limited to accessories, masks,
boxers, briefs, trunks and perfumes. STYLEHUB CORP may, at its discretion
and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this
policy would apply.

Any
items that you purchased in BOGO (Buy 1 Get1Free) or any other promotions where
free gifts are included won’t be eligible for return.
SELF-SHIPPING
OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
- In case your
pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the
product(s) to the following address:

items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and
the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.
All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and
packaging intact. Within 7 days of receiving the product(s), the complete
amount including shipping will be refunded to your bank account in case of
prepaid and in the form of wallet credit for COD orders.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

- The amount will be
refunded in bank account details recorded at the time of placing an order and
any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the
responsibility of the brand.
- Please make sure
you record a video of the package at the time of opening it. PLEASE NOTE: (The shipping label is
clearly visible in the video and the package is not tampered).
- If you have
received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not
received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

- The customer will
be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the
products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s)
instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in
the same condition as received.
- In circumstances
where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the

product and its damage within 2 days of receiving the products.
- Upon return of the
product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right
to a refund (if any) via e-mail. We will process the refund within 7
working days from the day we received the return product at our warehouse.
